Very disappointed with this purchase. The machine does not match the specifications on the proforma invoice. Seller promised MDB protocol and an MDB connector for POS, but the delivered product has no MDB port, no compatible wiring and no way to connect a POS terminal. We also received no user manual, no technical documentation and no product labels. Support was very poor – replies were incomplete and did not solve any issue. Delivery was also problematic: Alibaba showed the item as delivered although we had not received it, and no valid tracking number was provided. Because of this, the dispute period expired before we could react. Overall, the product does not meet the promised features and the seller did not provide proper assistance. I cannot recommend this supplier.
